She shares how her family was all about food convenience, carbs and sugary treats, grape soda and all the like food intake and didn't realize how unhealthy eating they used to have. In this episode, you will learn how to set a weight goal, with examples and how to fully take good care of our body and feel good. When you are uncomfortable around people, you feel intimidated, you are self-conscious, nervous and insecure well, you are actually making other people take care of you and feel they’re responsible for you. Such behavior maybe normal when you are 6 years old but not anymore cute when you are an adult. It is considered a character flaw. You may not see it as harmful but is actually rude and selfish. In today's episode Chalene shares with you on how to know and realize what “shyness” is, know what are the right words to say when you feel it, how to deal with it and overcome such social awkwardness.
